Demo Apartments is a two-building development of energy-class A homes laid out across roughly 32,400 m² of thoughtfully planned space. Each residence rises six storeys, with light-filled apartments shaped by 2.9 m ceilings and full-height glazing. The current release centres on three-room homes of about 60 m², finished to a move-in-ready standard. Optional underground parking and storage are available from €24,000. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
